AdsVigil ("we", "our", or "us") operates
adsvigil.ai (the "Service"). This page explains
what information we collect, how we use it,
and your rights regarding your data.

When you use AdsVigil we collect:

Account Information
Your name and email address when you sign up.

Meta Ads Data
When you connect your Meta account we access:

• Campaign names, objectives, and status

• Budget settings (daily and lifetime)

• Ad set targeting configurations

• Ad creative tracking specifications

• Flight dates and delivery settings

We access this data using read-only permissions
via Meta's Marketing API. We never modify,
delete, or post anything to your Meta account.

Usage Data
Basic information about how you use AdsVigil
including pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate QA reports for your Meta campaigns

• Send you alerts when campaign issues are detected

• Improve the accuracy of our AI analysis

• Provide customer support

• Send product updates and announcements

We do not sell your data to any third party.
We do not use your campaign data for advertising
purposes. We do not share your data with any
party other than those listed in Section 4.

3. How Long We Store Your Data

Campaign scan data is retained for 30 days
from the date of scan. After 30 days scan
history is automatically deleted.

Account information is retained until you
delete your account.

You can request deletion of all your data
at any time by emailing adsvigilai@gmail.com.

4. Third Parties We Work With

To provide the Service we share data with:

Anthropic (Claude AI)
Campaign configuration data is sent to
Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis.
Anthropic processes this data in accordance
with their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy

Meta Platforms
We access your Meta ad data via their
Marketing API under your explicit authorisation.
Meta's data policy applies at
facebook.com/privacy/policy

OpenAI (if applicable)
Some AI analysis may use OpenAI's API.
OpenAI's privacy policy applies at
openai.com/privacy

Airtable
Scan results are stored in Airtable's
database infrastructure. Airtable's privacy
policy applies at airtable.com/privacy

No other third parties have access to
your campaign data.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures
to protect your data including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)

• Secure API token storage

• Read-only Meta API access

• Regular security reviews

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of all data
we hold about you.

Correction — Request correction of
inaccurate data.

Deletion — Request deletion of all
your personal data and campaign history.

Disconnection — Revoke AdsVigil's
access to your Meta account at any time
through Meta's Security Settings at
facebook.com/settings/security

To exercise any of these rights email us

within 7 business days.

7. Meta Platform Data Policy

AdsVigil accesses Meta user data solely
to provide QA analysis services to the
account owner. Specifically:

• We only access data for accounts that
  have explicitly authorised AdsVigil

• We use ads_read permission to read
  campaign configuration only

• We do not use Meta data to build
  profiles, target advertising, or any
  purpose beyond generating QA reports

• We do not transfer Meta data to any
  data broker or analytics provider

• Users can revoke access at any time
  through Meta's App Settings at
  facebook.com/settings/apps

This policy complies with Meta's Platform
Terms and Developer Policies.

8. Cookies

AdsVigil uses essential cookies only to
maintain your login session. We do not
use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

AdsVigil is not directed at children
under 13. We do not knowingly collect
data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from
time to time. We will notify you of
significant changes by email. Continued
use of the Service after changes
constitutes acceptance.
